With the help of this chocolate chip cookies recipe, you can prepare the delicious chocolate chip cookies. There are two secrets behind the success of this cookie dough: the first is the addition of cornstarch, which retains the moisture in the center of the cookie, the second is to refrigerate the dough before baking so that the cookies keep their shape.

INGREDIENTS OF THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE
- 3/4 cups butter (or margarine)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- one teaspoon vanilla
- 30 mL of warm water
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- one teaspoon salt
- 1 packet of chocolate chips (about 270 g)
PREPARATION OF THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Preheat the oven to 375 ° F (190 ° C).
In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar and sugar.
Now in the same bowl, add the eggs, water and vanilla. Beat everything to obtain a creamy paste.
